Team Canada Coaching Staff - Ralph Bauer


Ralph Bauer joined Golf Canada as Assistant Men’s Coach to the Team Canada Program in 2010.

Ralph is a Class A Canadian PGA Professional who was named 2007 Ontario PGA Teacher of the Year.  Ralph’s students have won many high profile events including an NCAA Division 1 Men’s Individual Championship, 11 GAO Provincial Championships, 4 RCGA National Championships as well as many other AJGA events, etc.

Ralph attended the University of Charleston in West Virginia and the University of Texas at El Paso, where he was a member of the men’s golf teams. As an amateur, he was ranked as high as No. 2 in Ontario.  Ralph has worked with many of the top instructors in the world and has benefited a great deal from their expertise and the training afforded him over the past 10 years by the RCGA’s National Player Development Program.

Ralph has coached at the 2009 Canada Summer Games (Ontario), Nationwide Events, PGA TOUR events, PGA TOUR Qualifying School events and is committed to assisting high performance athletes achieve their goals.
